It’s a hassle getting into any city, not least when it’s the fastest growing city in the UK! With the introduction of Harvey Nicks Leeds may have tried to disguise itself as a cosmopolitan metropolis, but the truth is that it suffers from the same flaws as any other urban landscape. It’s a nightmare to get into.
If you’ve ever been stuck behind the Coastliner or sat in traffic on Call Lane, you’ll know that even if you’re a native then there’s precious little margin for error. Spare a thought then for those hapless souls who find themselves circumnavigating the city centre, and in some cases ending up in the bus station (yes, I have seen it happen).
